1. The indication for our 483 plastic surgical procedures in ano-rectal disease were mucosal prolapse, 3rd degree hemorrhoids combined with mucosal prolapse, ectropium, anal stenosis, large perianal tumors, high transsphincteric anal fistulae and small rectovaginal fistulae.
