1. The CAQ is the Quebec Acceptance Certificate. It is a study permit delivered by the Quebec Government.

2. Bailie received his CAQ in 2010 and is an active member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM – Sportsmed.org)
