1. The VCO is fine tuned by changing the capacitances of capacitors of the tanks.

2. The controlled reactance modules may include fixed or variable capacitances or inductances, and may be binary weighted.

3. The birdcage coil may be globally tuned by adjusting the capacitances or inductances in a symmetrical manner.

4. A compensation impedance is coupled to at least one of the paths to reduce adverse effects from the static capacitances of the acoustic resonators.

5. At least one of the capacitances contained in the discrete conductor is designed as a micro-acoustic resonator, the resonance of which is shifted to such an extent that it lies outside the transmission range of the respective signal paths.
