As a matter of drafting, support was expressed in favour of the proposal to omit from paragraph (c) of the purpose clause the references to abandonment or surrender of assets and refer only to treatment of burdensome assets and, using the language of recommendation , assets determined to be of no value to the insolvency estate and assets that cannot be realised in a reasonable period of time
