2. In patients with severe heart failure whose renal function may depend on the activity of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, treatment with NATRECOR may be associated with azotemia.

3. This report is dealing with the pulmonary findings in a 45 year old woman who died of acute heart failure combined with azotemia and acute liver failure 48 hours after oral application of „Paraquat“.
