1. This box must be signed by the Company's authorized signatory.

2. The specimen signature cards for the new authorized signatory ( ies ) are enclosed for your file.

3. The Badging process starts with the company’s Authorized Signatory (AS) who submits the new employee’s information into the system via the AS portal or sends a link to the new employee to complete for themselves

4. The Rights Certificates will be Countersigned, either manually or by facsimile signature, by an authorized signatory of the Rights Agent, but it will not be necessary for the same signatory to countersign all of the Rights Certificates
