Государственное пособие на цели интеграции иностранцев, получивших убежище, выделяется в соответствии с Процедурой предоставления государственной помощи для целей интеграции иностранцев, которым было предоставлено убежище в Литовской Республике; эта процедура утверждена Приказом Министерства социальной защиты и труда No А1-238 от 21 октября 2004 года (Valstybės žinios (Правительственный вестник) No 157-5741, 2004).

The primary victims included the estimated 80,000 to 120,000 inmates of the political prison camps; the inmates of the ordinary prison system, including the political prisoners among them; Christian and other religious believers, as well as others considered to introduce subversive influences; persons who try to flee the country, including persons forcibly repatriated by China; starving populations, and persons from Japan, the Republic of Korea and other countries who were abducted or denied repatriation, and became victims of international abductions and enforced disappearances.

Основное число жертв составляют от 80 000 до 120 000 политических заключенных в лагерях; заключенные обычных тюрем, среди которых есть и политические заключенные; христиане и лица, исповедующие другие религии, а также другие так называемые "подрывные" элементы; лица, пытающиеся покинуть страну, в том числе насильно репатриированные Китаем лица; голодающие и лица из Японии, Республики Корея и других стран, которые были похищены или которым было отказано в репатриации и которые по этой причине стали жертвами международных похищений и насильственных исчезновений .

15. This Order shall be cited as “The Republican Order No. 24/2016 Directing and Instructing the Ministerial Committee of the Transitional Government of National Unity charged with the implementation of the United Nations Security Council-Transitional Government of National Unity Communiqué of 4 September 2016 and United Nations Security Council resolution 2304 (2016) to expedite and complete its work within 14 days from the date of signing this Order, 2016 A.D”, and shall come into force on the date of its signature by the President of the Republic.

Настоящий Указ именуется «Указ Президента Республики No 24/2016, предписывающий Министерскому комитету Переходного правительства национального единства, отвечающему за осуществление положений коммюнике Совета Безопасности Организации Объединенных Наций и Переходного правительства национального единства от 4 сентября 2016 года и резолюции 2304 (2016) Совета Безопасности Организации Объединенных Наций, ускорить свою работу и завершить ее в течение 14 дней с даты подписания настоящего Указа 2016 года» и вступает в силу с даты его подписания Президентом Республики.
