1. The term “masthead light” means a strong white light projecting an uninterrupted beam throughout a horizontal arc of 225o and placed so as to project that beam from the bow to 22o30’ abaft the beam on each side;

термин "топовый огонь" означает яркий белый огонь, излучающий непрерывный свет по всей дуге горизонта в 225° и расположенный таким образом, чтобы этот свет был виден от направления прямо по носу судна до 22°30' позади траверза каждого борта;

2. Side lights, each placed at the same height and on the same perpendicular to the axis of the vessel, 1 m lower than the masthead light, not forward of it at least 1 m abaft of it on the widest part of the vessel; they shall be screened inboard so that the green light cannot be seen from the port side and the red light cannot be seen from the starboard side;

Бортовые огни, расположенные на той же высоте и в той же перпендикулярной плоскости к оси судна и устанавливаемые на расстоянии не менее 1 м ниже топового огня и не прямо перед ним по крайней мере на расстоянии 1 м сзади него в самой широкой части судна; они должны заслоняться с внутренней стороны судна таким образом, чтобы зеленый огонь не был виден с левого борта, а красный огонь - с правого борта

3. Бортовые огни, расположенные на той же высоте и в той же перпендикулярной плоскости к оси судна и устанавливаемые на расстоянии не менее 1 м ниже топового огня и не прямо перед ним по крайней мере на расстоянии 1 м сзади него в самой широкой части судна; они должны заслоняться с внутренней стороны судна таким образом, чтобы зеленый огонь не был виден с левого борта, а красный огонь - с правого борта
