본 발명은 신발 바닥창의 전방부, 중간부, 후방부에 일정간격을 가지도록 상면에 각각 형성되는 제1 완충홈, 직사각형상의 삽입홈, 제2 완충홈; 상기 제1,2 완충홈에 결합되되, 상부로 돌출되는 제1,2 완충부재; 및 상기 삽입홈에 결합되는 지지부재;로 구성되되, 상기 제1,2 완충부재는 고탄성 우레탄 재질로 구성되는 신발 바닥창의 완충구조를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 신발창의 상면에 결합되는 다수의 완충부재에 의해 발에 집중되는 신체 하중을 앞꿈치와 뒤꿈치에 분산함으로써 발의 특정부위에 신체 하중이 집중되는 것을 방지하여 완충효과를 향상시키고, 보행시 전달되는 충격을 흡수하여 사용자의 피로도를 줄임과 동시에 관절의 무리를 최소화하며, 나아가 완충부재에 의한 지압효과도 기대할 수 있도록 하는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
