1. Any party may subcontract any of its obligations under this Agreement but will remain liable for all subcontracted obligations and its subcontractors' acts or omissions.

어느 당사자든 본 계약 하의 의무사항에 대해 하도급 계약을 할 수 있지만, 하도급된 의무사항과 하도급자의 의무사항 및 하도급자의 행동 또는 누락에 대해 해당 당사자가 계속 책임을 집니다.
