1. The polyester binder resin for coating is obtained by copolymerizing a dibasic acid component; a diol component containing 1-60 mol of isosorbide with respect to the total diol components; and 1-50 wt% of lactic acid or a compound derived therefrom with respect to the total resin polymerization reactants, and has the structure in which a dibasic moiety derived from the dibasic acid component, a diol moiety derived from the diol component, and a hydroxy monobasic acid moiety derived from said lactic acid or a compound derived therefrom are repeated.

상기 코팅용 폴리에스테르 수지 바인더는, 이가산 성분; 전체 디올 성분에 대하여, 1 내지 60몰의 아이소소바이드를 포함하는 디올 성분; 및 전체 수지 중합 반응물에 대하여 1 내지 50중량%의 젖산 또는 그의 유래 화합물이 공중합되어, 상기 이가산 성분으로부터 유도된 이가산 부분, 상기 디올 성분으로부터 유도된 디올 부분 및 상기 젖산 또는 그의 유래 화합물로부터 유도된 히드록시 일가산 부분이 반복되는 구조를 가진다.
