1. 3 And do not let YOUR adornment be that of the external braiding of the hair+ and of the putting on of gold ornaments+ or the wearing of outer garments, 4 but let it be the secret person*+ of the heart in the incorruptible [apparel]+ of the quiet and mild spirit,+ which is of great value in the eyes of God.

3 그리고 여러분의 단장은 머리를 땋고+ 금장식을 달거나+ 겉옷을 입는 외적인 것으로 하지 말고, 4 도리어 마음의 숨은 사람을+ 조용하고 온화한 영의+ 부패하지 않는 옷차림으로+ 하십시오.
