상기 탄소나노튜브 전계방출형 전자빔 에미터의 제조방법은 탄소나노튜브를 정제하는 제1단계; 상기 정제된 탄소나노튜브를 휘발성 용매에 녹이는 제2단계; 상기 탄소나노튜브 용액과 금속 바인더들을 혼합하여 탄소나노튜브 페이스트를 제조하는 제3단계; 기계적, 화학적 공정을 통해 음극 기판을 연마하는 제4단계; 상기 탄소나노튜브 페이스트를 페이스트 지지기판에 액상 방울로 매달아 상기 연마된 음극 기판 상에 코팅하는 제5단계; 및 상기 탄소나노튜브 페이스트가 코팅된 음극 기판을 건조하고 고온 소결하는 제6단계를 포함한다.
