구조물의 탈부착에 대한 편의성이 현저히 향상되며, 구조물을 유동 없이 안정되게 지지하는 미세섬모를 가지는 접착시스템을 이용한 구조물의 상향식 가공방법 및 가공장치가 개시된다. 이를 위하여 미세섬모를 가지는 접착시스템을 이용하여 구조물의 상면을 접착하는 단계, 및 상기 구조물의 하부에서 상 방향으로 상기 구조물의 하면을 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 미세섬모를 가지는 접착시스템을 이용한 구조물의 상향식 가공방법 및 가공장치를 제공한다.
