1. By the Constitutional Court Act of 1988, the Constitutional Court must make a final decision within 180 days after it receives any case for adjudication, including impeachment cases.

헌법재판소법 제38조에 의거하여 헌법재판소는 심판사건을 접수한 날부터 180일 이내에 종국결정의 선고를 하여야 한다.
