5. Denounce and oppose terrorism in all forms and manifestations, wherever committed and by whomever, calling on all states to reject and abandon the use of terrorism against other countries, dismantle terrorism infrastructures where they exist, and bring perpetrators of terrorism to justice.

सभी रूपों एवं अभिव्यक्तियों के आतंकवाद की निंदा करते हैं और विरोध करते हैं, जहां कहीं भी और जिस किसी द्वारा भी किया गया हो, सभी देशों से दूसरे देशों के खिलाफ आतंकवाद के प्रयोग का त्याग करने एवं अस्वीकार करने का आह्वान करते हैं, आतंकवाद की अवसंरचनाओं को नष्ट करने का आह्वान करते हैं, जहां कहीं भी वे मौजूद हों, और आतंकवाद के दोषियों को दंडित करने का आह्वान करते हैं।
