सहस्त्राब्दि विकास लक्ष्यों के भाग के रूप में निर्धारित महत्वाकांक्षी लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने की वचनबद्धता अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय के लिए इस बात की स्वीकारोक्ति थी कि वैश्विक समृद्धि और कल्याण अदृश्य होते हैं तथा बड़े पैमाने पर विद्यमान गरीबी के साथ-साथ समृद्धि नहीं चल सकती।

71. The MoU aims at enhancing collaboration between the two sides in promoting best practices in the administration of contractual employment, reflects the latest reforms in recruitment processes and enhances the protection and welfare of Indian workers in Jordan.

इस समझौता ज्ञापन का उद्देश्य दोनों पक्षों के बीच ठेके के रोजगार प्रशासन में सर्वोत्तम प्रयासों को बढ़ावा देना, भर्ती प्रक्रिया में नवीनतम सुधार को प्रतिबिंबित करना और जॉर्डन में भारतीय मजदूरों के संरक्षण और कल्याण को बढ़ावा देना है।

8. नीति निर्देश देने तथा केन्द्र और राज्यों के बीच समन्वय में तेजी लाने के लिए शीर्ष स्तर पर केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री की अध्यक्षता में आयुष्मान भारत राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा मिशन परिषद (एबी-एनएचपीएमसी) गठित करने का प्रस्ताव है।

73. The Act defines a child as any person below eighteen years of age, and regards the best interests and welfare of the child as matter of paramount importance at every stage, to ensure the healthy physical, emotional, intellectual and social development of the child.

74. In addition, Mission officials visit the prison every month and meet Indian prisoners to look into their welfare, provide basic needs like toiletries and phone cards to enable them to speak to their families, assist in dispatch and receipt of their personal mails, advice them in respect of mercy petitions, etc.

इसके अतिरिक्त, मिशन के पदाधिकारी हर माह कारागार का दौरा करते हैं और उनके कल्याण हेतु भारतीय कैदियों से मिलते हैं, उन्हें बुनियादी चीजें जैसे प्रसाधन सामग्री एवं फोन कार्ड उपलब्ध कराते हैं ताकि वे अपने परिजनों से बात कर सकें, उनकी व्यक्तिगत डाक भेजने एवं प्राप्त करने में सहायता करते हैं, दया याचिका के संबंध में उन्हें सलाह आदि देते हैं।

75. * Discussions in the working group on Health covered the areas of Control of polio, management of Avian Influenza, public-private partnership in healthcare and family welfare, health related Intellectual Property Rights, Capacity Building in health sector, administrative structures relating to drugs and pharmaceuticals in the two countries and traditional systems of medicine.

* स्वास्थ्य संबंधी कार्यसमूह ने पोलियो नियंत्रण, एवियन इन्फ्लूएंजा के प्रबंधन, स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा और परिवार कल्याण में सार्वजनिक निजी भागीदारी, स्वास्थ्य संबंधी बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों, स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में क्षमता निर्माण, दोनों देशों में ड्रग्स और फार्मास्यूटिकल्स से संबंधित प्रशासनिक ढांचे तथा परंपरागत औषधि व्यवस्था के विषय पर विचार-विमर्श किया ।

76. And this joint action and cooperation was "to promote the welfare of the peoples of South Asia and to improve their quality of life; to accelerate economic growth, social progress and cultural development in the region and to provide all individuals the opportunity to live in dignity and to realise their full potentials.”

और इस संयुक्त कार्रवाई एवं सहयोग का उद्देश्य दक्षिण एशिया के लोगों के कल्याण को बढ़ावा देना तथा उनके जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाना, आर्थिक विकास की गति तेज करना, क्षेत्र में सामाजिक प्रगति एवं सामाजिक विकास को बढ़ावा देना तथा सभी व्यक्तियों को सम्मान के साथ जीवन जीने तथा अपनी पूरी क्षमता को साकार करने का अवसर प्रदान करना है।''

77. Under this theocratic state the Quran wants to build a society based on equality and fraternity , free from bonds of race or country or class , which affords to each of its members , within the limits of the Shariah and of collective welfare , full freedom for realising the greatest possible measure of material and spiritual values .

इस धर्मतंत्रीय ह्यमजहबहृ अवस्था में कुरान ऐसे समाज का निर्माण करना बताया था , जो समानता और बंधत्व पर आधारित , जाति या देश या वर्ग भेद के बंधनों से मुक्त हो , जो उसके प्रत्येंक सदस्य को शरिया की सीमाओं तथा सामूहिक कल्याण के अंतर्गत भऋतिक और आध्यात्मिक मूल्यों के संभव उपायों को प्राप्त करने का पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता देते हैं .

78. The Indian Mission in Singapore has rendered full assistance to Indian nationals by expediting early repatriation of mortal remains of the deceased Indian national, providing consular access, facilitating legal counsel to other Indian Nationals charged by Singapore Authorities and stepping up its outreach programme to the Indian Community to assure them about their welfare and well being.

सिंगापुर स्थित भारतीय दूतावास ने भारतीय नागरिकों को पूर्ण सहायता उपलब्ध कराई है जिनमें मारे गए भारतीय नागरिकों के मृत शरीर को शीघ्र स्वदेश भेजना, कोंसुली सेवा उपलब्ध कराना, सिंगापुर प्राधिकारियों द्वारा आरोपित अन्य भारतीय नागरिकों को कानूनी परामर्श उपलब्ध कराना तथा भारतीय समुदाय के कल्याण तथा भलाई सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अपने आउटरीच कार्यक्रम में तेजी लाना शामिल है।

79. All this time while the benevolent land - owner was concerned with the welfare of his tenants , the artist in him was watching the life of the common people , their joys and sorrows , loves and enmities , their little deeds of patience and heroism , their capacity for sacrifice in the cause of family or religion and their cowardly acquiescence in injustice and oppression .

एक ही समय में यह उदार जमींदार जहां अपनी रैयतों की भलाई के प्रति इतना चिंतित था - उसके बीच बैठा सर्जक आम लोगों के जीवन , उनके हर्ष और विषाद , उनके प्यार और प्रतिकार , उनके धैर्य और बहादुरी के छोटे - मोटे कारनामे , परिवार या धर्म के मामले में अपना बलिदान करने को उनकी क्षमता तथा अन्याय और अत्याचार के प्रति कायरतापूर्ण जीवन को लक्ष्य कर मौन सहमति कहा था .
