1. 11. Recognise the need to address the humanitarian and development needs arising from internal displacement from natural disasters, and encourage all relevant actors to consider utilising the Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement

·प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की वजह से आंतरिक विस्थापन से उत्पन्न मानवीय एवं विकास संबंधी आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के महत्व को स्वीकार करना तथा सभी संगत कर्ताओं को आंतरिक विस्थापन पर मार्गदर्शक सिद्धांतों का प्रयोग करने पर विचार करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना;

2. The Committee acknowledged that it was "an exceptional example of technological development” in utilising ground water resources and an unique water management system which illustrates "the exceptional capacity to break large spaces into smaller volumes following ideal aesthetic proportions”.

समिति ने यह माना कि यह भूजल संसाधनों का उपयोग करने में प्रौद्योगिकी विकास का एक असाधारण उदाहरण एवं एक अनोखा जल प्रबंधन सिस्टम है जो आर्दश सौंदर्यपरक अनुपातों का अनुसरण करते हुए छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों में बड़े स्थानों को तोड़ने की असाधारण क्षमता को दर्शाता है।

3. * We welcome the outcomes of the fourth BRICS STI Ministerial Meeting held on 8 October 2016, wherein they adopted theJaipur Declaration and endorsed the updated Work Plan (2015-2018) aimed at strengthening cooperation in science, technology and innovation, especially leveraging young scientific talent for addressing societal challenges; creating a networking platform for BRICS young scientists; co-generating new knowledge and innovative products, services and processes; and addressing common global and regional socio-economic challenges utilising shared experiences and complementarities.

* हम 8 अक्टूबर 2016 को आयोजित चौथी ब्रिक्स एसटीआई मंत्रिस्तरीय बैठक के परिणामों का स्वागत करते हैं जहां उन्होंने जयपुर घोषणा को अपनाया गया और विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी एवं नवाचार, विशेष रूप से सामाजिक चुनौतियों के संबोधन के लिए युवा वैज्ञानिक प्रतिभा का लाभ उठाने के उद्देश्य से अद्यतन कार्य योजना (2015-2018) का समर्थन किया गया; ब्रिक्स युवा वैज्ञानिकों के लिए नेटवर्किंग मंच का निर्माण किया गया; नवीनतम ज्ञान और नवीनतम उत्पादों, सेवाओं और प्रक्रियाओं का सह-सृजन किया गया; और अनुभवों को साझा करके आम वैश्विक एवं क्षेत्रीय आर्थिक-सामाजिक चुनौतियों को संबोधित किया गया।
