1. The HCOI Haj quota is distributed among States/ Union Territories (UT) in proportion to their Muslim population.

भारतीय हज समिति द्वारा हज कोटे का वितरण राज्यों/ संघ शासित प्रदेशों में उनकी मुस्लिम आबादी के अनुपात में किया जाता है।

2. The annual recurring expenditure for the Medical College shall be managed within the budget provision for the UT.

3. मेडिकल कॉलेज का वार्षिक परिव्यय केन्द्र शासित प्रदेश के बजट प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत संचालित किया जाएगा।

3. (d) The action against illegal Agents is undertaken by the State Governments/UT administration as "Law & Order” is State subject.

(घ) फर्जी एजेंटों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई राज्य सरकारों/संघ राज्य प्रशासन द्वारा की जाती है क्योंकि "कानून एवं व्यवस्था” राज्य का विषय है।

4. The UTGST Bill makes provisions for levy on collection of tax on intra-UT supply of goods and services in the Union Territories without legislature.

यूटीजीएसटी विधेयक में विधान के बगैर संघ क्षेत्रों में वस्तु एवं सेवाओं के संघ क्षेत्र इतर संग्रहण पर अधिभार के प्रावधान किए गए हैं।

5. (b) The remaining districts will be allocated to the States on a pro-rata basis in proportion to the total number of districts in the State/UT.

(2) शेष जिलों को राज्य/संघ शासित प्रदेशों में जिलों की कुल संख्या के अनुपात में समानुपातिक आधार पर राज्यों को आवंटित किया जाएगा।

6. The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has approved the proposal to allot land to Chandigarh Housing Board for construction of apartments for 3930 allottees under Self-Financing Housing Scheme for UT Employees.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल नेचंडीगढ़ प्रशासनके 3930 कर्मियोंके लिए स्ववित्त पोषित आवास योजना के अंतर्गत आवास निर्माण के लिए चंडीगढ़ आवास बोर्ड को जमीन आवंटन के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी।
