2. When the BIMSTEC summit representing 22 percent of world’s population is held at Nepal, at the feet of Lord Pashupatinath, then the resolutions taken here cannot remain unfulfilled. And therefore I believe that the resolutions taken under the able leadership of Prime Minister Oli Ji here at Kathmandu, in the lap of Himalayas, will play a very big and decisive role in establishing peace and security in this region. This task has been accomplished by Hon’ble Oli Ji for which he deserves acclamation and compliments and therefore I congratulate him.

विश्व की 22 प्रतिशत जनसँख्या का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाली BIMSTEC की समिट नेपाल कि धरती पर हो, पशुपतिनाथ भगवान् के चरणों में हो, तो यहाँ से किये गए संकल्प सिद्ध हुए बिना रहते नहीं हैं और इस लिए मुझे विश्वास है कि ओली जी के नेतृत्व में काठमांडू की धरती से, हिमालय की गोद से निकले हुए संकल्प, इस पूरे भू-भाग को और उस पूरे क्षेत्र को सुख और शांति की दिशा में गति देने के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी निर्णायक भूमिका अदा करेंगें और इस महत्वपूर्ण काम को आदरणीय ओली जी ने निभाया है, इसके लिए भी वे साधुवाद के पात्र हैं, अभिनन्दन के अधिकारी हैं और इसलिए मैं उनको भी बहुत-बहुत बधाई देता हूँ, उनका बहुत-बहुत अभिनन्दन करता हूँ।
