मैं आपको इसकी एक झलक देता हूँ, यदि आप क्या मुद्दे थे, इस सन्दर्भ में देखें तो भूमि अधिग्रहण कानून, शासकीय स्थापना, कर-निर्धारण, मूल्य अंतरण कर, सेवा कर, औद्योगिक परिसर, उनके मानक और प्रमाणीकरण तंत्र के मुद्दे इसमें शामिल थे | चाहे परस्पर मान्यता समझौता हो, बाज़ार में पहुँच, औषधीय चिंताएँ, परीक्षण प्रणाली और मानक हों, अपनी तरफ़ से हमने इन्हें प्रोत्साहन देने वाला औद्योगिक परिवेश बनाया है | हम आज ऐसे मंच पर हैं, जहाँ दोनों पक्षों के व्यवसायी समुदाय अपनी-अपनी सरकारों के साथ साझेदार हैं और वे निर्भीकता से उन मुद्दों को उठा सकते हैं जिन्हें वे व्यापार और निवेश में वृद्धि के लिए बाधक मानते हैं | यही वह प्रयोजन था, प्रधानमन्त्री ने भी इसकी चर्चा की थी और यही उनकी टिप्पणियों का आशय था |
