क्या इस बारे में कोई चर्चा हुई कि अपनी इलेक्ट्रिक कारों के लिए टेस्ला जिस प्रौद्योगिकी का प्रयोग कर रहा है उसको एब्जार्ब किया जाएगा अथवा क्या भारत में बैटरियों के लिए टेस्ला विनिर्माण सुविधाएं स्थापित कर रहा है अथवा क्या यह केवल इस बारे में परिचय मात्र था कि किस तरह यहां प्रौद्योगिकी का प्रयोग हो रहा है?
