आज मैं इसे दो पड़ोसी देशों के बीच एक अनुकरणीय द्विपक्षीय संबंध, परस्पर लाभ के लिए अनोखी एवं सफल साझेदारी, तथा सदियों पुराने ऐतिहासिक एवं सांस्कृतिक सहलग्नताओं से बंधे दोनों देशों के लोगों के बीच एक प्रतीकात्मक मैत्री के रूप में इसका उल्लेख करना चाहूँगा।
