1. A surrogacy contract should necessarily take care of life insurance cover for surrogate mother.

2. While commercial surrogacy will be prohibited including sale and purchase of human embryo and gametes, ethical surrogacy to the needy infertile couples will be allowed on fulfilment of certain conditions and for specific purposes.

हालांकि मानव भ्रूण और युग्मकों की खरीद-बिक्री सहित वाणिज्यिक सरोगेसी पर निषेध होगा, लेकिन कुछ खास उद्देश्यों के लिए निश्चित शर्तों के साथ जरूरतमंद बांझ दंपतियों के लिए नैतिक सरोगेसी की अनुमति दी जाएगी।

3. The major benefits of the Act would be that it will regulate the surrogacy services in the country.

यह कानून देश में सरोगेसी सेवाओं को विनियमित करेगा जो उसका सबसे बड़ा फायदा होगा।

4. A broad range of issues were discussed covering visa, migration, citizenship, irregular people movement, surrogacy, extradition, mutual legal assistance requests, consular access and crisis management.

इस दौरान अनेक मामलों पर विचार विमर्श किया गया जिनमें वीजा, प्रव्रजन, नागरिकता, लोगों के अनियमित आवागमन, स्थानापन्न मातृत्व, प्रत्यर्पण, आपसी कानूनी सहायता अनुरोध, कांसुली पहुंच एवं संकट प्रबंधन शामिल हैं ।
