India has set upa 2 millionUS Dollars Vietnam-India Advanced Resource Centre in ICT(ARC-ICT)in Hanoi and is providing a PARAM Supercomputer, costingRs 4.7cr, as a grant, for use in multiple applications.The Vietnam-India Entrepreneurship Development Centre (VIEDC) and a Vietnam-India English Language Training Center (VICELT) have been established with Indian assistance under the IAI (Initiative for ASEAN Integration) as well.

भारत ने हनोई में 2 मिलियन अमरीकी डॉलर से आई सी टी में भारत – वियतनाम उन्नत संसाधन केंद्र (ए आर सी – आई सी टी) का गठन किया है तथा अनेक अनुप्रयोगों में उपयोग के लिए अनुदान के रूप में 4.7 करोड़ रूपए की लागत से परम सुपर कंप्यूटर प्रदान कर रहा है। भारत – वियतनाम उद्यमशीलता विकास केंद्र (वी आई ई डी सी) तथा भारत – वियतनाम अंग्रेजी भाषा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र (वी आई सी ई एल टी) भी आई ए आई (आसियान एकीकरण के लिए पहल) के तहत भारत की सहायता से स्थापित किए गए हैं।
