1. The Tribunal can summarily reject an application if it finds that it has not been filed in accordance with the prescribed rules or if it is not a fit case for adjudication or trial by it .

यदि अधिकरण यह पाता है कि कोई आवेदन विहित नियमों के अनुसार प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया है या वह उसके द्वारा न्यायनिर्णयन अथवा विचारण के उपयुक्त नहीं है तो वह उसे संक्षिप्त विचारण में ही नामंजूर कर सकता है .
