1. (c) whether any country in the above group is stipulating any new condition regarding nuclear supply; and

2. The Convention and its Annexed Protocols, while stipulating measures to mitigate humanitarian concerns arising from the use of specific weapons and weapon systems, also take into account their military necessity and strike a balance between the two.

इस समझौते और संलग्न प्रोटोकॉल में, विशिष्ट अस्त्रों अथवा अस्त्र प्रणाली के प्रयोग से उत्पन्न मानवीय चिंताओं को दूर करने के उपाय विनिर्दिष्ट करते हुए उनकी सैन्य आवश्यकता को भी ध्यान में रखा गया है तथा दोनों के बीच संतुलन स्थापित करता है ।

3. A Constitutional Amendment in 1977, adding a section on Fundamental Duties of citizens as part of the Directive Principles of State Policy, carries a clause stipulating promotion of harmony and spirit of brotherhood "transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities.”
