1. Close the steam valve, and remove the pitcher from under it.

भाप के वाल्व को बंद कर दीजिए और जग को उसके नीचे से हटा लीजिए।

2. Place the steam wand just under the surface of the milk, and open the steam valve.

भाप रॉड को दूध की सतह के ठीक नीचे रखिए, और भाप का वाल्व खोल दीजिए।

3. Then open the steam valve to clear any remaining milk, and wipe it with a damp cloth.

फिर भाप का वाल्व खोलकर उसमें बचे-खुचे दूध को निकाल लीजिए और भीगे कपड़े से उसे साफ़ कीजिए।
