1. Under the scheme, a bond of Rs 1,000 is provided to every girl child who enrolls in Std I and Std VIII in villages with a low female literacy rate.

इस योजना के अन्तर्गत निम्न महिला साक्षरता दर वाले गाँवों में कक्षा-एक और कक्षा-पाँच में पञ्जीकरण कराने वाली प्रत्येक कन्या को 1,000 रुपये का बाण्ड़ प्रदान किया जाता है।

3. The girl receives the amount of the bond along with interest on completion of Std VII and X respectively.

कन्या को क्रमशः सातवीं एवं दसवीं कक्षा की पढ़ाई पूरी करने पर, ब्याज सहित बाण्ड़ की राशि प्राप्त होती है।

4. (a) the year-wise and head-wise amount spent by different departments, undertaking under the Ministry on publicity, advertisement, reception, catering, function, seminars, conferences, domestic, foreign tours, STD and ISD telephone bills, electricity bills particularly bills of air conditioners and coolers and other official expenses during each of the last three years till date;

(क) पिछले तीन वर्षों के दौरान प्रत्येक वर्ष और आज की तारीख तक मंत्रालय के अधीन विभिन्न विभागों और उपक्रमों द्वारा प्रचार विज्ञापन, रिसेप्शन, खान-पान, समारोह, संगोष्ठी सम्मेलन, घरेलू और विदेशी यात्रा, आईएसडी, एसटीडी फोन विलों, बिजली के बिल विशेषकर एयर कंडीशनरों और कूलरों के बिल और अन्य कार्यालयी व्यय पर वर्ष-वार, मद-वार कितनी धनराशि व्यय की गई;
