12. By creating a stable legal framework, providing credit guarantees in the context of international agreements, and involving central banks in large-scale investments, governments can help to make solar power more accessible.

एक स्थिर कानूनी ढाँचा तैयार करके, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समझौतों के संदर्भ में ऋण गारंटियाँ प्रदान करके, और केंद्रीय बैंकों को बड़े पैमाने पर निवेश में शामिल करके, सरकारें सौर ऊर्जा को और अधिक सुलभ बनाने में मदद कर सकती हैं।

के बीच आशय-पत्र श्री संजीव सिंह, अध्यक्ष आईओसीएल श्री डेनियल कैमरून, भारत में इजराइल के राजदूत इस आशय-पत्र का उद्देश्य सौर-तापीय प्रौद्योगिकियों के क्षेत्र में संयुक्त अनुसंधान क्रियाकलापों को प्रोत्साहित करना है, जिसमें संकेन्द्रित सौर विद्युत, उत्पादन, सौर ईंधन, सौर तापीय भण्डारण सामग्रियां, प्रौद्योगिकियां, प्रणालियां और अवधारणाएं भी शामिल हैं।

15. Welcoming the progress achieved in the Smart Community projects, viz. the Logistics Data Bank project, the Mega Solar Power project at Neemrana and the Seawater Desalination project at Dahej, both sides instructed their officials to accelerate the implementation of these Smart Community projects.

16. * Welcoming the progress achieved in the Smart Community Projects in the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) area such as the Logistics Data Bank project, the Mega Solar Power project in Neemrana, and the Grid Stabilisation project in Gujarat, the two sides instructed relevant authorities to accelerate these smart community projects.

Of course he also outlined the measures that India itself has taken including creation of afforestation that we have been undertaking in India, at the same time the steps that we have taken to reduce carbon emissions, the mitigation measures that India has adopted including our target of increasing our solar power capacity by 2022, and the related steps that have been taken in the economy in order to ensure that the greening of the economy takes place over time.
