1. They underline that those who are willing to reintegrate must abjure violence, sever links with the terrorist and extremist groups, and respect the Afghanistan Constitution.

इनमें कहा गया है कि जो समेकित होना चाहते हैं उन्हें हिंसा का त्याग करने, आतंकवादियों एवं उग्रवादियों के साथ अपने संपर्कों को समाप्त करने तथा अफगानिस्तान के संविधान को स्वीकार करने के लिए तैयार होना होगा।
