मंत्रिमंडल ने उस प्रस्ताव को भी मंजूरी दी है जिसके तहत विदेशी पोर्टफोलियो निवेशकों को द्वितीयक बाजार के अलावा स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों में आरंभिक आवंटन के जरिये शेयर हासिल करने की अनुमति दी गई है।
