1. Dr. Singh said that in such times of natural disasters, all of South Asia should rise to the occasion and extend every possible help to the people of Pakistan affected by the tragedy.

डा0 सिंह ने कहा कि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की ऐसी घड़ी में पूरे दक्षिण एशिया को उठ खड़ा होना चाहिए और त्रासदी से प्रभावित पाकिस्तान की जनता की हर संभव मदद करनी चाहिए ।
