1. The guidelines will facilitate the State Government entities to directly borrow from the external bilateral funding agencies subject to fulfilment of certain conditions and all repayments of loans and interests to the funding agencies will be directly remitted by the concerned borrower.

इन दिशानिर्देशों से राज्य सरकार के उपक्रमों को बाहरी द्विपक्षीय वित्तपोषण एजेंसियों से कुछ शर्तों को पूरा करते हुए सीधे तौर पर उधार लेने में आसानी होगी और वित्तपोषण एजेंसियों को ऋण एवं ब्याज संबंधी सभी भुगतान सीधे तौर पर संबंधित उधारकर्ता द्वारा किए जाएंगे।
