1. CONSIDERING FURTHER that under the Brazilian remote sensing data policy, satellite remote sensing data are made available to the user community in Brazil and adjoining countries for various environmental applications;

2. Antrix has completed a remote sensing project involving setting up of an earth station in Algeria using Indian CARTOSAT imagery.

अंतरिक्स ने भारतीय कार्टोसैट बिम्ब विधान का उपयोग करते हुए अल्जीरिया में अर्थ स्टेशन की स्थापना करने से जुड़ी एक दूर संवेदी परियोजना पूरी कर ली है।

4. Remote sensing, information gathered from online activity, and crowd-sourced data from mobile phones can complement traditional methods of gathering statistics.

रिमोट सेंसिंग, ऑनलाइन गतिविधियों से एकत्र जानकारी, और मोबाइल फोनों से प्राप्त क्राउड-सोर्स डेटा आँकड़े एकत्र करने के पारंपरिक तरीकों के पूरक के रूप में हो सकते हैं।

7. The purpose of this Implementation Arrangement is to define the terms and conditions for augmentation of a Brazilian earth station to receive and process data from the Indian Remote Sensing (IRS) satellites.

इस कार्यान्वयन व्यवस्था का प्रयोजन भारतीय दूर संवेदी (आई आर एस) उपग्रहों से डाटा प्राप्त करने एवं प्रोसेस करने में ब्राजील के एक अर्थ स्टेशन की क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए शर्तों एवं निबंधनों को परिभाषित करना है।

8. It will provide impetus to explore newer research activities and application possibilities in the field of remote sensing of the earth; satellite communication; satellite navigation; space science and exploration of outer space.

यह पृथ्वी की रिमोट सेंसिंग, उपग्रह संचार, उपग्रह नेविगेशन, अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान और बाह्य अंतरिक्ष के अन्वेषण के क्षेत्र में नई अनुसंधान गतिविधियां और ऐप्लिकेशन की संभावनाएं तलाशने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगा।

9. The MoU will provide impetus to explore newer research activities and application possibilities in the field of remote sensing of the earth; satellite communication; satellite navigation; space science and exploration of outer space.

इस समझौता ज्ञापन से पृथ्वी के दूरसंवेदी, उपग्रह संचार, उपग्रह नौवहन, अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान और बाहरी अंतरिक्ष की खोज जैसे क्षेत्रों में नई अनुसंधान गतिविधियों को अनुप्रयोगों को बढ़ावा देने को विशेष प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।

10. It has assisted in implementing projects in diverse areas - climate change adaptation, information and communication technology, waste management systems, remote sensing, hydrographic survey, telemedicine, public transport, education, irrigation systems, fisheries, agriculture, food security, etc.

इसने विविध क्षेत्रों में परियोजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन में मदद की है – जलवायु परिवर्तन अनुकूलन, सूचना एवं संचार प्रौद्योगिकी, अवशिष्ट प्रबंधन प्रणालियां, रिमोट सेंसिंग, जल विज्ञानी सर्वेक्षण, टेलीफोन मेडिसीन, सार्वजनिक परिवहन, शिक्षा, सिंचाई प्रणाली, कृषि खाद्य सुरक्षा आदि।

11. Promoting cooperation between Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and National Institute of Aeronautics and Space of the Republic of Indonesia (LAPAN) in monitoring earth’s environment from outer space and remote sensing of the earth.

भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) और नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ एयरोनॉटिक्स और इंडोनेशिया गणराज्य के अंतरिक्ष (एलएपीएएन) के बीच बाहरी अंतरिक्ष और पृथ्वी की रिमोट सेंसिंग के द्वारा पृथ्वी के पर्यावरण की निगरानी में सहयोग को बढ़ावा देना।

12. The Framework Agreement will provide impetus to explore newer research activities and application possibilities in the field of remote sensing of the earth; satellite communication; satellite navigation; space science and exploration of outer space.

यह फ्रेमवर्क समझौता पृथ्वी के सुदूर संवेदन, उपग्रह संचार, उपग्रह नेविगेशन, अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान एवं वाह्य अंतरिक्ष के अन्वेषण के क्षेत्र में नई अनुसंधान गतिविधियों और अनुप्रयोग की संभावनाओं का पता लगाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगा।

13. The signed MoU will provide impetus to explore newer research activities and application possibilities in the field of remote sensing of the earth; satellite communication; satellite navigation; space science and exploration of outer space.

हस्ताक्षरित एमओयू के तहत पृथ्वी के सुदूर संवेदन, उपग्रह संचार, उपग्रह आधारित नौवहन, अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान और बाह्य अंतरिक्ष के अन्वेषण के क्षेत्र में नई अनुसंधान गतिविधियों और अनुप्रयोग (एप्लीकेशन) से जुड़ी संभावनाओं की तलाश को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

14. We have a highly developed curriculum, globally reputed for its high quality - particularly in engineering, medicine, management , material science and technology, nanoscience, remote sensing, environmental studies, renewable energy and space science to name a few.

हमारा अत्यंत विकसित पाठ्यक्रम है जो अपनी उच्च गुणवत्ता के लिए विश्व स्तर पर विख्यात है - विशेष रूप से इंजीनियरिंग, चिकित्सा, प्रबंधन, सामग्री विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी, नैनो साइंस, रिमोट सेंसिंग, पर्यावरण अध्ययन, नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा एवं अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान में जो इस प्रकार के पाठ्यक्रमों में से कुछ एक हैं।

16. Our cooperation has been in diverse sectors, and has included climate change adaptation, information and communication technology, waste management systems, remote sensing, hydrographic survey, telemedicine, public transport, education, irrigation systems, fisheries, and agriculture and food security.

17. Focus will continue on building governance and democratic institutions; human resource capacity and skill development, including in the areas of education, health, agriculture, energy, administration, application of remote sensing in resource management and space technology in governance.

हमारे विशेष ध्यान दिए जाने वाले क्षेत्र निरंतर शासन और लोकतांत्रिक संस्थाओं के निर्माण; मानव संसाधन क्षमता और कौशल विकास पर रहेंगे जिसमें शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, कृषि, ऊर्जा, प्रशासन, संसाधन प्रबंधन में रिमोट सेंसिंग का अनुप्रयोग तथा शासन में अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र भी शामिल हैं।

18. The Agreement proposes cooperation in the areas of Satellite Remote sensing, satellite communications and satellite meteorology; space sciences and planetary exploration; data collection and location; operations of satellite ground stations and spacecraft mission management; space research and applications.

इस करार के तहत उपग्रह दूरसंवेदी, उपग्रह संचार तथा उपग्रह मौसम विज्ञान; अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान एवं ग्रह अन्वेषण; डाटा कलेक्शन एवं लोकेशन; उपग्रह ग्राउंड स्टेशन का संचालन तथा स्पेसक्राफ्ट मिशन प्रबंधन;अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान एवं अनुप्रयोग आदि जैसे क्षेत्रों में सहयोग का प्रस्ताव है।

19. This Centre would utilize data provided by Indian remote sensing satellites and harness it for multiple developmental applications.I propose a meeting of the heads of our space agencies in India which could work out exact details of cooperation.

यह केंद्र भारतीय दूर संवेदी उपग्रहों द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए आंकड़ों का उपयोग विविध विकास अनुप्रयोगों के लिए कर सकेगा। मैं भारत में अंतरिक्ष एजेंसियों के प्रमुखों की एक बैठक का प्रस्ताव करता हूँ जिसमें सहयोग के वास्तविक ब्यौरे तैयार किए जा सकें।

20. 14. Welcomed collaboration in space science, earth observation, climate and environmental studies, and the efficient use of space-related resources available in India as well as in Mexico for remote sensing, advance warning for disaster prevention and launch of satellites between the Mexican Space Agency (AEM) and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).

* अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान, पृथ्वी अवलोकन, जलवायु और पर्यावरण अध्ययनों के क्षेत्र में तथा रिमोट सेंसिंग, आपदा से रोकथाम के लिए अग्रिम चेतावनी तथा अंतरिक्ष में सटेलाइट भेजने के लिए मेक्सिकन स्पेस एजेंसी (एईएम) एवं भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) के बीच सहयोग का स्वागत किया गया।

21. Through more effective use of smart data – collected during service delivery, economic transactions, and remote sensing – the fight against extreme poverty will be bolstered; the global energy system will be made much more efficient and less polluting; and vital services such as health and education will be made far more effective and accessible.

सेवा प्रदान करने, आर्थिक लेन-देनों, और रिमोट सेंसिंग के दौरान एकत्र किए गए स्मार्ट डेटा का अधिक प्रभावी उपयोग करके चरम गरीबी के खिलाफ लड़ाई को तेज़ किया जा सकेगा; वैश्विक ऊर्जा प्रणाली को बहुत अधिक कुशल और कम प्रदूषण फैलानेवाला बनाया जाएगा; और स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा जैसी महत्वपूर्ण सेवाओं को बहुत अधिक प्रभावी और सुलभ बनाया जाएगा।

22. Space sciences, exploration of outer space, use of space technology, monitoring of Earth’s environment from outer space and remote sensing, use of Integrated Biak Ground Stations for mutual benefit, hosting of Indian ground station in Indonesia, support for launch services of LAPAN made satellites; joint research and development activities in space technology etc.

अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान, बाहरी अंतरिक्ष की खोज, अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी का उपयोग, बाहरी अंतरिक्ष से पृथ्वी के पर्यावरण की निगरानी और रिमोट सेंसिंग, आपसी लाभ के लिए एकीकृत बियाक ग्राउंड स्टेशनों का उपयोग, इंडोनेशिया में भारतीय ग्राउंड स्टेशन की मेजबानी, लापान के उपग्रहों की लॉन्च सेवाओं के लिए समर्थन ; अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी आदि में संयुक्त अनुसंधान और विकास गतिविधियां।

23. We should continue our cooperation and share best practices and advance collaboration in tele-medicine and health care access, clean technologies and biotechnology, urban planning including water and air management, agriculture and food security, R&D and S&T, remote sensing and space cooperation, governance and anti corruption mechanisms for efficient delivery of citizen services.

हमें टेली मेडिसीन तथा स्वास्थ्य देखरेख तक पहुंच, स्वच्छ प्रौद्योगिकी एवं जैव प्रौद्योगिकी, जल एवं वायु प्रबंधन सहित शहरी आयोजना, कृषि एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा, विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी तथा अनुसंधान एवं विकास, दूर संवेदन तथा अंतरिक सहयोग, अभिशासन एवं नागरिक सेवाओं की कारगर प्रदायगी के लिए भ्रष्टाचाररोधी तंत्रों में अपना सहयोग जारी रखना चाहिए तथा सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं को साझा करना चाहिए और सहयोग को आगे बढ़ाना चाहिए।

24. The AEB designates the National Institute for Space Research (INPE), the Brazilian executive agency for the subject of earth observation data reception, processing, archiving, and distribution to take responsibility and to work together with ISRO and its executive agency (National Remote Sensing Centre) in order to accomplish the actions in this Implementing Arrangement when nominally cited.

एईबी राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संस्थान (आई एन पी ई) जो अर्थ प्रेक्षण डाटा ग्रहण, प्रोसेस करने, अभिलेखित करने तथा वितरित करने के विषय के लिए निष्पादन एजेंसी है, को सांकेतिक रूप से उद्धृत किए जाने पर इस कार्यान्वयन व्यवस्था में उल्लिखित कार्रवाइयों को पूरा करने की जिम्मेदारी लेने तथा इसरो एवं इसकी निष्पादन एजेंसी (राष्ट्रीय दूर संवेदी केंद्र) के साथ मिलकर काम करने के लिए नामित करता है।

25. In addition to the above, a letter of Intent concerning launch services of the Egyptian Nano Satellite EGYCUBESAT-1 on board the Indian Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) by Antrix Cooperation Ltd., was signed between Antrix Corporation Ltd., the commercial wing of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the Egyptian National Authority for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences (NARSS).

उपर्युक्त् के अलावा, एंट्रिक्सध कारपोरेशन लि. द्वारा भारतीय ध्रुवीय उपग्रह प्रक्षेपण यान (पी एस एल वी) पर मिस्र के नैनो उपग्रह इजीक्यूशबसेट-1 की प्रक्षेपण सेवा से संबंध में एंट्रिक्स कारपोरेशन लि., भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) का वाणिज्यिक स्कंाध तथा रिमोट सेंसिंग एवं अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान (एन ए आर एस एस) के लिए मिस्र के राष्ट्रीय प्राधिकरण के बीच एक आशय पत्र पर हस्ता,क्षर किया गया।
