1. He worships in them , worships the idol , makes presents to it , recites many hymns and prayers , fasts , and gives alms to the Brahmans , the priests , and others .

वहां जाकर वह उन स्थानों में पूजा करता है , मूर्ति को पूजता है , उस पर चढावे चढाता है , अनेक भजन गाता है , प्रार्थना करता है , व्रत रखता है , और ब्राह्मणों , पुजारियों तथा अन्य लोगों को भिक्षा देता है .
