6 सितंबर, 2008 को नाभिकीय आपूर्तिकर्ता समूह द्वारा अनुमोदित ''भारत के साथ असैनिक नाभिकीय सहयोग पर वक्तव्य'' में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय असैनिक नाभिकीय सहयोग प्राप्त करने की एवज में पारस्परिक वचनबद्धताओं एवं क्रियाकलापों का समावेश किया गया है।

11. * Aggreement on Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection (BIPPA):-This agreement was signed on account of recognition that promotion of investments and reciprocal protection of investments will be conducive to the stimulation of individual business initiatives and will increase prosperity in both states.

* 4. द्विपक्षीय निवेश संवर्द्धन और संरक्षण समझौता : इस समझौते पर इस स्वीकृति के कारण हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे कि अलग-अलग व्यवसाय पहलों को प्रेरित करने में निवेश संवर्द्धन और पारस्परिक निवेश संरक्षण सहायक होगा और इससे दोनों देशों में समृद्धि बढ़ेगी ।

12. Discussions noted the excellent bilateral cooperation in international fora, including reciprocal support for non-permanent seat in the UNSC, for Croatia in 2008-09 and for India in 2011-12, and the affinity in the approach to the expansion of the UNSC.
