69. I would also urge that our concepts on border connectivity infrastructure facilitation be more along the lines of Integrated Customs Stations to incorporate eventual rail links rather than remain limited to Road Customs Stations.

मेरा यह भी आग्रह है कि सीमा संयोजकता अवसंरचना सुदृढ़ीकरण पर हमारी संकल्पनाएं एकीकृत कस्टम स्टेशन के अनुरूप होनी चाहिए तथा इनके तहत रेल लिंक शामिल होने चाहिए, न कि केवल रोड कस्टम स्टेशन तक सीमित होने चाहिए।

आगरा मेट्रो रेल परियोजना का वित्त पोषण बराबर इक्विटी आधार पर भारत सरकार और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा और आंशिक रूप से द्विपक्षीय/बहुपक्षीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वित्त पोषण एजेंसी/एजेंसियों द्वारा उदार ऋण के रूप में किया जाएगा।

72. (a) whether India and Bangladesh have entered into certain agreement to improve rail-road links to enhance trade and also get transit access through that country to bridge distance between the mountainous North Eastern States and rest of the country;

(क) क्या भारत ने पर्वतीय पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों तथा देश के शेष हिस्सों के बीच की दूरी को कम करने के लिए बांग्लादेश से व्यापार बढ़ाने तथा साथ ही उस देश से होकर पारगमन सुविधा प्राप्त करने के लिए रेल-रोड संपर्कों में सुधार लाने हेतु बांग्लादेश के साथ कतिपय समझौते किए हैं;

73. It was agreed that prices for supplies to the government were to be fixed on an FOR ( Free on Rail ) basis at the levels prevailing in September 1939 , and were to be reviewed every six months for allowing only for actual cost variations .

यह भी तय हुआ था कि सरकार को की जाने वाली सप्लाई के लिए मूल्य निर्धारण , सितंबर 1939 के मूल्य स्तर पर तथा निर्दिष्ट स्थान पर सप्लाई ( एफ . ओ . आर . ) के आधार पर किया जायेगा तथा इन मूल्यों की प्रत्येक छठे महीने समीक्षा की जायेगी जिससे लागत में समय समय पर होने वाले अंतर को समाप्त किया जा सके .

74. There is a window of opportunity for government and business to take advantage of these favourable conditions, to accelerate the upgradation of our transport networks, build more state of the art airports and seaports, build ten instead of only one high speed rail freight corridors, extend mass public transportation networks to all major towns and cities, and most of all, solve the power problem once for all.

सरकार और व्यवसाय जगत के पास इन उपयुक्त स्थितियों का लाभ लेते हुए अनेक कार्य करने के महत्वपूर्ण अवसरमौजूद हैं: हमारे परिवहन नेटवर्क के उन्नयन में तेजी लाना; अधिक से अधिक संख्या में आधुनिक हवाई अड्डों और पत्तनों का निर्माण करना; एक उच्च गति रेल फ्रेट गलियारे की जगह ऐसे दस गलियारों का निर्माण करना; सार्वजनिक परिवहन नेटवर्क का विस्तार सभी महत्वपूर्ण शहरों और नगरों में करना; और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण हमेशा के लिए बिजली की समस्या का समाधान करना।

75. A consortium of Indian consultants (MECON, PDIL, and RITES) will prepare a study report for the proposed enhancement of production of rock phosphate, augmentation of associated infrastructure facilities such as power plant, strengthening and modernizing of rail network, port facilities etc. and setting up of Phosphatic fertilizer complex in Syria for producing Di Ammonium Phosphate, Triple Super Phosphate, Di Calcium Phosphate, Phosphoric Acid and Sulphuric Acid.

भारतीय परामर्शदाता संघ (मेकॉन, पीडीआईएल और राइट्स) डाई अमोनियम फॉस्फेट, ट्रिपल सुपर फॉस्फेट, डाई केल्शियम फॉस्फेट, फास्फोरिक एसिड और सलफ्यूरिक एसिड का उत्पादन करने के लिए, सीरिया में रॉक फॉस्फेट के उत्पादन में प्रस्तावित वृद्धि, विद्युत संयत्र जैसी संबद्ध आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विस्तार, रेल नेटवर्क, पत्तन सुविधाओं आदि के सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं आधुनिकीकरण और फॉस्फेटिक उर्वरक परिसर की स्थापना के लिए अध्ययन रिपोर्ट तैयार करेगा ।

76. In the field of transport, the Leaders look forward to cooperating in areas such as modernization of the Railways and in high speed and semi-high speed rail projects, in urban transportation and in roads and welcomed the development of the cooperation between Indian and French railways through the agreement between Indian Railways and the French National Railways (SNCF) to co-finance an execution study by SNCF for a semi-high speed project on upgradation of the Delhi-Chandigarh line to 200 kmph and for redevelopment of Ambala & Ludhiana Railways Stations.

परिवहन के क्षेत्र में, दोनों नेताओं ने अनेक क्षेत्रों में सहयोग की उम्मीद व्यक्त की जैसे कि रेलवे का आधुनिकीकरण तथा हाई स्पीड एवं सेमी हाई स्पीड रेल परियोजनाएं, शहरी परिवहन एवं सड़क आदि तथा भारतीय रेल एवं फ्रांसीसी राष्ट्रीय रेल (एस एन सी एफ) के बीच करार के माध्यम से भारत और फ्रांस की रेल के बीच सहयोग के विकास का स्वागत किया जिसका उद्देश्य 200 किमी प्रति घंटे की गति से दिल्ली - चंडीगढ़ लाइन के उन्नयन पर एक सेमी हाई स्पीड परियोजना के लिए और अंबाला एवं लुधियाना रेलवे स्टेशन के जीर्णोद्धार के लिए एस एन सी एफ द्वारा एक निष्पादन अध्ययन को संयुक्त रूप से वित्त पोषित करना है।
