1. (i) Construction of 220 kV Transmission Line from Pul-e-Khumri to Kabul including 220/110 kV sub-station at Kabul and two additional sub stations at Doshi and Charikar,

2. * Shri Bhola Ram, Deputy General Manager, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (instrumental in setting up Pul-e-Khumri to Kabul transmission line and Chimtala sub-station, which brought electricity to Kabul); and

* श्री भोला राम, उप महाप्रबंधक, पॉवर ग्रिड कॉरपोरेशन आफ इंडिया लि. (पुल-ए-खुमरी से काबुल ट्रांसमीशन लाइन और चिम्तला सब स्टेशन जिससे काबुल में बिजली पहुंची, की स्थापना में सहायक) ; और
