1. 4.2 The PESCs may enter into contracts with Indian project owner for provision of related spares and services on such terms and conditions as may be agreeable between them.

4.2 पी ई एस सी ऐसी शर्तों एवं निबंधनों पर संबंधित स्पेयर्स एवं सेवाओं के प्रावधान के लिए भारतीय परियोजना स्वामी के साथ संविदा कर सकते हैं, जिन पर उनके बीच सहमति हो सकती है।
