1. The agreement will also help in exchange and training of staff and students from various maritime establishments, exchange of information necessary for accelerating and facilitating flow of commercial goods at sea and at ports, establishment of joint ventures in maritime transportation, shipbuilding and repairs, maritime training, information technology, including development of simulators, port facilities and related activities.

समझौते से दोनों देशों के बीच विभिन्न समुद्रीय संस्थाओं के कर्मचारियों और छात्रों के आदान-प्रदान और प्रशिक्षण, व्यावसायिक सामानों के समुद्र और बंदरगाहों पर आवागमन के लिए आवश्यक सूचना एक-दूसरे देशों को देने, समुद्रीय परिवहन में संयुक्त उपक्रमों की स्थापना, जहाजों के निर्माण और मरम्मत, समुद्रीय प्रशिक्षण, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी जिसमें सिम्यूलेटर का विकास, बंदरगाहों पर सुविधाएं और अन्य गतिविधियों में सहायता मिलेगी।

2. A consortium of Indian consultants (MECON, PDIL, and RITES) will prepare a study report for the proposed enhancement of production of rock phosphate, augmentation of associated infrastructure facilities such as power plant, strengthening and modernizing of rail network, port facilities etc. and setting up of Phosphatic fertilizer complex in Syria for producing Di Ammonium Phosphate, Triple Super Phosphate, Di Calcium Phosphate, Phosphoric Acid and Sulphuric Acid.

भारतीय परामर्शदाता संघ (मेकॉन, पीडीआईएल और राइट्स) डाई अमोनियम फॉस्फेट, ट्रिपल सुपर फॉस्फेट, डाई केल्शियम फॉस्फेट, फास्फोरिक एसिड और सलफ्यूरिक एसिड का उत्पादन करने के लिए, सीरिया में रॉक फॉस्फेट के उत्पादन में प्रस्तावित वृद्धि, विद्युत संयत्र जैसी संबद्ध आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विस्तार, रेल नेटवर्क, पत्तन सुविधाओं आदि के सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं आधुनिकीकरण और फॉस्फेटिक उर्वरक परिसर की स्थापना के लिए अध्ययन रिपोर्ट तैयार करेगा ।
