1. The Rubaths generally provide free accommodation for Haj pilgrims, including for pilgrims from Telangana, and have limited revenues.

इन रूबातों में सामान्यतः हज यात्रियों, जिनमें तेलंगाना के हज यात्री भी शामिल हैं, के लिए निःशुल्क आवास की व्यवस्था होती है और उन्हें सीमित राजस्व देना होता है।

2. With regard to number of pilgrims for current year, about 1000 pilgrims are expected to undertake the Yatra.

इस वर्ष तीर्थयात्रियों की संख्या का जहां तक संबंध है, लगभग 1000 तीर्थयात्रियों द्वारा मानसरोवर यात्रा किए जाने की उम्मीद है।

3. RAISING OF QUOTA FOR HAJ PILGRIMS FROM INDIA

भारत से हज तीर्थयात्रियों हेतु कोटा बढ़ाया जाना

4. (e)147 pilgrims died due to natural causes, 2 pilgrims died due to Road Traffic Accident and 1 was an accidental death.

(ख) 147 हज यात्रियों की मृत्यु स्वाभाविक कारणों से हुई थी, 2 यात्रियों की सड़क दुर्घटना में मृत्यु हुई तथा एक की आकस्मिक मृत्यु हुई थी।

5. It will be conducted in 18 batches of 60 pilgrims each.

इस मार्ग से 60 तीर्थयात्रियों के 18 जत्थों में यात्रा आयोजित की जाएगी।

6. In addition, 45000 pilgrims will be going through the private tour operators.

इसके अतिरिक्त 45 हजार हज यात्री निजी टूर ऑपरेटरों के माध्यम से हज यात्रा करेंगे।

7. (a) whether the Government has substantially increased Haj expenses on Haj pilgrims;

(क) क्या सरकार ने हज तीर्थयात्रियों पर हज संबंधी व्यय में काफी बढ़ोतरी कर दी है;

8. (c) The extent of assistance provided to the pilgrims during the above period?

9. Air India undertakes the Haj operations for the remaining Haj pilgrims on cost basis.

शेष हजयात्रियों के लिए हज प्रचालन लागत के आधार पर एयर इंडिया द्वारा की जाती है ।

10. (c) the actual demand from the Haj Pilgrims from each State for the said period?

11. Uniformed Nazi troopers formed a guard of honor for pilgrims outside the cathedral.

वर्दीधारी नात्ज़ी सिपाहियों ने कैथॆड्रल के बाहर तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए सलामी गार्ड खड़ा किया था।

12. (b) the annual expenditure made therefor and the facilities provided by the Government to the pilgrims;

(ख) इस पर कितना वार्षिक व्यय किया गया तथा तीर्थयात्रियों को सरकार द्वारा क्या सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करायी गई;

14. Pakistan’s claim that the Indian pilgrims declined to meet the High Commission officials was categorically refuted.

पाकिस्ताधन का यह दावा कि भारतीय श्रद्धालुओं ने उच्चाकयोग के अधिकारियों से मिलने से इनकार कर दिया, सिरे से खारीज कर दिया गया।

15. But I also understand that there is a worldwide demand for more slots for the Haj pilgrims.

परन्तु मैं यह भी समझती हूँ कि हज यात्रियों की संख्या में वृद्धि करने संबंधी मांग पूरे विश्व से आती है।

16. It makes Kailash Mansarovar accessible by a motorable road, which is especially beneficial to the older pilgrims.

मोटर से कैलाश मानसरोवर तक यात्रा की जा सकती है, इससे विशेषकर बूढ़े तीर्थयात्रियों को लाभ होगा।

17. b) whether the Union Government has upgraded the annual expenditure and facilities of these pilgrims; and

(ख) क्या केन्द्र सरकार ने इन तीर्थ यात्रियों के वार्षिक व्यय और सुविधाओं में वृद्धि की है; और

18. Our Minister of State had requested for allocation of 10,000 additional seats for Indian Haj pilgrims.

हमारे विदेश राज्य मंत्री ने भारतीय हज यात्रियों के लिए 10,000 अतिरिक्त सीटें आबंटित करने का अनुरोध किया था।

19. (d) whether Government would arrange at least one Khadimul Hujjaj in every aeroplane meant for the Haj pilgrims?

(घ) क्या सरकार हज यात्रियों वाले प्रत्येक हवाई जहाज में कम से कम एक खादिमुल हुज्जाज को भेजने की व्यवस्था करेगी?

20. Private Tour Operators also insure the pilgrims and provide compensation in such cases as per their compensation policy.

निजी टूर आपरेटर भी हज यात्रियों का बीमा कराते हैं और ऐसे मामलों में अपनी क्षतिपूर्ति नीति के अनुसार मुआवजा प्रदान करते हैं।

21. The number of pilgrims who performed Haj from North East States during last three years is tabulated below:-

(ग) पिछले तीन वर्षों के दौरान पूर्वोत्तर राज्यों से हज यात्रा करने वाले हज यात्रियों की संख्या निम्नलिखित तालिका में दर्शायी गई है

22. (d)&(e) An MOU is signed with Saudi Arabian Airlines for carriage of a particular number of Haj pilgrims.

(घ) और (ड़) हजयात्रियों की एक निश्चित संख्या के आवागमन के लिए सउदी अरबियन एयरलाइन के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किया गया है ।

23. The arrangements made for accommodation of Haj pilgrims in Makkah and Mina in 2007 were quite satisfactory.

वर्ष 2007 में मक्का और मीना में हजयात्रियों के रहने के लिए की गयी व्यवस्था काफी संतोषजनक थी।

24. Air India and Saudi Arab Airlines to supply Zam Zam to the pilgrims at disembarkation points in India.

स्थानीय तौर पर इस वर्ष जम जम पानी की कमी के कारण दोनों एयरलाइनों के समक्ष हाजियों को जम जम पानी उपलब्ध कराने में कठिनाई आई जिसके कारण यह कमी हुई है।

25. (a) the number of pilgrims who actually performed Haj during 2013 under the Government and the private tour operators quota;

(क) सरकारी और निजी टूर ऑपरेटरों के कोटे के अंतर्गत वर्ष 2013 के दौरान वास्तव में हज यात्रा करने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या कितनी है;

26. During Haj there is a congregation of more than thirty lakh pilgrims coming from all over the world.

हज के दौरान वहां विश्व के 30 लाख से अधिक लोगों का जमावड़ा होता है।

27. (b) & (c) No representations have been received of any hardship faced by pilgrims of Chattisgarh and adjoining areas.

(ख) एवं (ग) छत्तीसगढ़ तथा उसके आस-पास के क्षेत्रों के यात्रियों के सामने आने वाली किसी भी कठिनाई के बारे में कोई अभ्यावेदन प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है।

28. I am glad to learn that about 1,57,000 Indian pilgrims performed Haj last year, which is an all-time record.

मुझे यह जानकर खुशी हुई है कि पिछले वर्ष 157000 भारतीयों ने हज किया, जो अब तक का रिकार्ड है।

29. I am glad to learn that over 1,50,000 Indian pilgrims performed the Haj last year, which is an all-time record.

मुझे यह जानकर खुशी हुई है कि पिछले वर्ष 1,50,000 भारतीय तीर्थयात्रियों ने हज की जो अब तक का कीर्तिमान है ।

30. India has lodged a strong protest with Pakistan over a block of access for visiting pilgrims to Indian diplomats and consular teams.

भारतीय राजनयिकों और कांसुली टीमों को तीर्थयात्रियों के लिए समूह से मिलने से रोकने पर, भारत ने पाकिस्तान से एक कड़ा विरोध दर्ज किया है।

31. The expenditure in excess of the amount paid by the pilgrims is reimbursed to Air India by the Government as subsidy.

हजयात्रियों द्वारा भुगतान की राशि से अधिक हुए व्यय को सरकार द्वारा राजसहायता के रूप में एयर इंडिया को प्रतिपूर्ति की जाती है ।

32. (d) & (e) For the Makkah Crane accident, Government of Saudi Arabia had announced a compensation of Saudi Riyal 1 million to be paid to the family of each pilgrim killed in the accident, Saudi Riyal 1 million to those pilgrims whose injuries resulted in permanent disability and Saudi Riyal 500,000 for each of the seriously injured pilgrims.

(घ) तथा (ड़) मक्का क्रेन दुर्घटना के लिए साऊदी अरब सरकार के लिए साऊदी 1 मिलियन साऊदी रियाल इस दुर्घटना में मारे गए प्रत्येक हज यात्री के परिजना के परिवार को दिया जाएगा, एक मिलियन सऊदी रियाल उन घायल हज यात्रियों को दिया जाएगा जो स्थायी रूप से विकलांग हो गए हैं और 5,00,000 सऊदी रियाल गंभीर रूप से घायल प्रत्येक हज यात्री को दिया जाएगा।

33. The pilgrims spend the whole day on the mountain to supplicate to Allah to forgive their sins and to pray for personal strength in the future.

तीर्थयात्रियों ने पूरे दिन पर्वत पर अपने पापों को क्षमा करने और भविष्य में व्यक्तिगत शक्ति के लिए प्रार्थना करने के लिए अल्लाह को प्रार्थना करने के लिए खर्च किया।

34. Out of this, 1,00,020 seats were allotted for Haj pilgrims travelling through Haj Committee of India (HCOI) and 36,000 seats to Private Tour Operators (PTOs).

इनमें से 1,00,20 सीटें भारत की हज समिति के माध्यम से यात्रा कर रहे हज यात्रियों के लिए और 36,000 सीटें निजी टूर आपरेटरों (पीटीओ) को आबंटित की गई थी।

35. In addition the pilgrims have also performed Haj pilgrimage through Private Tour Operators whose quota was 45,000 and 47,000 during the last two years respectively.

इसके अलावा निजी टूर संचालकों, जिनका विगत दो वर्ष के दौरान व्रमश 45000 और 47000 का कोटा था, के माध्यम में भी यात्रा की ।

36. I have also been informed that the Haj Committee of India is taking all necessary steps to hire accommodation for the pilgrims well in time.

मुझे बताया गया है कि भारतीय हज समिति हज यात्रियों के लिए आवासों को किराए पर लेने हेतु समय से सभी आवश्यक उपाय कर रही है।

37. (a) whether the Government is exploring the possibility of an alternate route for the smooth passage of Kailash-Mansarovar pilgrims as the existing one is damaged;

(क) क्या सरकार कैलाश-मानसरोवर तीर्थयात्रा के सहज आवागमन के लिए एक वैकल्पिक मार्ग की संभावनाएं तलाश रही है क्योंकि मौजूदा मार्ग क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया है;

38. (a) & (b) Haj pilgrims performing the pilgrimage under the aegis of Haj Committee of India are provided air transport services by Air India and Saudi Arabian Airlines.

(क) और (ख) भारतीय हज समिति के तत्वावधान में हज की यात्रा करने वाले हजयात्रियों को एयर इंडिया तथा सउदी अरबियन एयरलाइन द्वारा हवाई परिवहन सेवाएं प्रदान की जाती है ।

39. To allow pilgrims to approach, the shrine was built like a pier over the water, so that it appeared to float, separate from the land.

तीर्थयात्रियों को यहाँ दर्शन के लिए अनुमति देने के लिए, मंदिर को पानी के ऊपर घाट की तरह बनाया गया था, ताकि यह जमीन से ऊपर तैरता दिखाई दे।

40. (b) whether China has refused to open the gates for the first batch of pilgrims scheduled to travel to Kailash Mansarovar through Nathu La route;

(ख) क्या चीन ने नाथु-ला मार्ग से होकर कैलाश मानसरोवर तक की यात्रा हेतु निर्धारित किए गए यात्रियों के पहले जत्थे के लिए दरवाजों को खोलने से मना कर दिया है;

41. This was due to the Government of the Khadim Al-Haramain Al-Sharifain granting an additional quota of 10,000 pilgrims to India for which we are grateful.

यह इसलिए था क्योंकि खदीम अल हरमेन अल शरीफेन की सरकार ने भारत को 10,000 तीर्थयात्रियों का अतिरिक्त कोटा प्रदान किया था । इसके लिए हम सरकार के आभारी हैं ।

42. It has been the constant endeavour of Government to address issues related to Haj pilgrimage and to make improvements in the arrangements for the Haj pilgrims.

हज यात्रा से संबंधित मुद्दों के लिए व्यवस्था में सुधार के लिए सरकार लगातार प्रयासरत है।

43. The Government of India is also deputing about 300 Khadimul Hujjaj and more than 500 administrative and medical staff to ensure maximum comfort to the Indian pilgrims. 7.

भारत सरकार ने अपने हज यात्रियों के लिए अधिकतम आराम सुनिश्चित करने हेतु लगभग 300 खादिमउल हज्जाज और 500 से अधिक प्रशासनिक और चिकित्सा कर्मचारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति भी की है।

44. A sum of Rs. 3250/- for each pilgrim is paid to Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam, the agency on the Indian side authorized for making logistical arrangements for the pilgrims.

प्रति यात्री 3250 रू. की राशि कुमांऊ मंडल विकास निगम को भुगतान की जाती है, जो कि भारतीय पक्ष में तीर्थ यात्रियों के लिए संभारतंत्रीय व्यवस्थाएंं करने वाला प्राधिकृत अभिकरण है ।

45. There are also 13 branch dispensaries in Makkah and 5 branch dispensaries in Madinah which are all located close to the pilgrims’ accommodation and open round-the-clock.

इसके अतिरिक्त मक्का में 13 शाखा औषधालय और मदीना में 5 शाखा औषधालय भी हैं, जो हज यात्रियों के आवासों के नजदीक अवस्थित हैं और चौबीसों घण्टे खुले रहते हैं।

46. As part of its consular duties, Embassy of India in Kathmandu maintains strong liaison with local administration, police, airport authorities, airlines, tour companies etc. to assist stranded pilgrims.

काठमांडु में भारत का राजदूतावास फंसे हुए तीर्थयात्रियों की सहायता के लिए अपने कोंसुली कर्तव्यों के अंतर्गत स्थानीय प्रशासन, पुलिस, हवाई अड्डा प्राधिकारियों, एयरलाइंसों, टूर कंपनियों इत्यादि के साथ मजबूत संपर्क बनाए रखता है।

47. Accommodation of pilgrims in Saudi Arabia and their air transportation to and from India constitute two of the core Haj arrangements which are planned well in advance of the Haj.

सउदी अरब में हज यात्रियों के लिए आवास और भारत से जाने और और भारत वापस आने के लिए हवाई परिवहन व्यवस्था हमारी हज व्यवस्थाओं के दो सबसे महत्वूपर्ण तत्व हैं जिसकी योजना हज आरम्भ होने के काफी पूर्व बना ली जाती है।

48. The Government is also deputing sufficient number of doctors, paramedics and administrative staff to Jeddah to look after and assist the Indian pilgrims during their stay in Saudi Arabia.

भारत सरकार सऊदी अरब में प्रवास के दौरान भारतीय हजयात्रियों की देखभाल और सहायता के लिए जद्दा में पर्याप्त संख्या में चिकित्सकों, परा चिकित्सकों और प्रशासनिक कर्मचारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति कर रही है।

49. The Government of India has also deputed about 300 Khadimul Hujjaj and more than 600 administrative and medical staff to provide and ensure maximum comfort to our pilgrims. 9.

भारत सरकार ने अपनेहज यात्रियों के लिए अधिकतम आराम सुनिश्चित करने हेतु लगभग 300 खादिमउल हज्जाज और 600 से अधिक प्रशासनिक और चिकित्सा कर्मचारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति भी की है।

50. (b) whether the government has received representations regarding the problems being faced by the Haj pilgrims in Chhattisgarh and adjacent States due to the distance to the office in Nagpur; and

(ख) क्या सरकार को नागपुर स्थित कार्यालय के दूर होने के कारण छत्तीसगढ़ और उससे सटे राज्यों के हज यात्रियों के समक्ष आ रही समस्याओं के बारे में कोई अभ्यावेदन प्राप्त हुआ है; और

51. Private travel agencies in Nepal offer packages for visit by Indian pilgrims to Kailash Mansarovar. (d)-(e) Mumbai-Kathmandu sector is among the approved routes in terms of bilateral arrangements between the two countries.

(घ)-(ङ) मुंबई काठमांडू क्षेत्र दोनों देशों के बीच विद्यमान द्विपक्षीय व्यवस्थाओं की शर्तों में अनुमोदित मार्गों में से है।

52. Given the fact that there has been a significant increase in the number of intending Haj pilgrims from India, the Government has requested the Saudi Government for an enhanced additional Haj quota.

इस तथ्य को देखते हुए कि भारत से हज यात्रा की इच्छा रखने वाले लोगों की संख्या में पर्याप्त वृद्धि हो रही है, सरकार ने सउदी अरब सरकार से हज कोटे में वृद्धि करने का अनुरोध किया है।

53. (b) whether the Government has received any representation regarding the hardships being faced by the pilgrims of Chhattisgarh and adjoining areas due to remoteness of the said office located in Nagpur; and

(ख) क्या सरकार को उक्त कार्यालय के सुदूर नागपुर में अवस्थित होने के कारण छत्तीसगढ़ तथा आस-पास के क्षेत्रों के हज यात्रियों को पेश आ रही कठिनाई के बारे में कोई अभ्यावेदन प्राप्त हुआ है; और

54. There is a system in place for the redressal of the hardships faced by the pilgrims such as transportation related issues, inadequate services at the place of their stay, loss of baggage, etc.

परिवहन से संबंधित मसलों, उनके ठहरने के स्थान पर अपर्याप्त सेवाएं, सामान का नुकसान होने इत्यादि जैसी हजयात्रियों द्वारा सामना की जा रही कठिनाइयों के निवारण के लिए व्यवस्था की गयी है।

55. (a) & (c) State Governments through the State Haj Committees, make arrangements of training camps, mandatory inoculation of polio and meningitis and transit accommodation at all embarkation points in India prior to departure of the pilgrims.

(ख) एवं (ग): राज्य सरकारें राज्य हज समितियों के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण शिविरों, पोलियो तथा मेनिन्जाईटिस से बचाव के लिए टीके और हाजियों के प्रस्थान करने से पूर्व सभी उड़ान स्थलों पर पारगमन आवास की व्यवस्था करती हैं।

56. However, from time to time, Government has been approached for assistance by pilgrims who undertake Kailash Mansarovar Yatra through private tour operators and are stranded in Nepal on account of inclement weather conditions and related logistics issues.

बहरहाल, समय-समय पर ऐसे तीर्थयात्रियों द्वारा सहायता के लिए सरकार से संपर्क किया जाता है जो प्राइवेट टूर ऑपरेटरों के माध्यम से कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा करते हैं और प्रतिकूल मौसमी हालात तथा संबंधित संभारिकीय मसलों के कारण नेपाल में फंस जाते हैं।

57. For the Makkah Crane Accident, to provide information to the relatives about the Hajis and to assist the families of Indians who were affected a full fledged 24 X 7 Control Room along with helpline and toll free number was immediately set up in Indian Haj Pilgrims Office, Makkah. Teams of Doctors and Officers were immediately deployed in all Government hospitals in Makkah to monitor the health condition of the injured and to find missing pilgrims.

मक्का क्रेन दुर्घटना के लिए हाजियों के बारे में उनके परिजनों को सूचना देने के लिए और इस दुर्घटना में प्रभावित लोगों के भारत में रह रहे परिजनों को सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए भारतीय हज यात्री कार्यालय, मक्का में एक हेल्प लाइन सहित एक पूर्णतः प्रचालित 24×7 नियंत्रण कक्ष स्थापित किया गया था जहां निःशुल्क नंबर की तत्काल व्यवस्था की गई थी घायल हज यात्रियों की स्वास्थ्य संबंधी देख भाल की निगरानी करने के लिए और लापता हज यात्रियों को ढूढने के लिए मक्का में सभी सरकारी अस्पतालों में तत्काल डॉक्टरों तथा अधिकारियों का दल तैनात किया गया था।

58. Further, as part of our efforts to continuously improve Haj management, it has been decided to allocate confirmed seats to all the intending pilgrims over 70 years of age along with a companion, with effect from this year.

इसके अतिरिक्त हज प्रबंधन में निरन्तर सुधार लाने के हमारे प्रयासों के भाग के रूप में हज यात्रा की इच्छा रखने वाले 70 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के सभी लोगों और उनके एक सहयोगी को इस वर्ष से कन्फर्म सीटें आमंत्रित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

59. After extensive discussions, the Haj Action Plan, new parameters and rates for accommodation for pilgrims during the forthcoming Haj 2006-II, air transportation arrangements, plan for preparatory activities in India and details of pilgrim facilitation program in Saudi Arabia were finalized.

व्यापक विचार-विमर्श के बाद हज कार्य योजना, आगामी हज 2006 - II के दौरान हज यात्रियों के लिए आवास हेतु नए तौर-तरीके और दरें, वायु मार्ग से परिवहन व्यवस्थाओं, भारत में तैयारी कार्य कलापों के लिए योजना और सऊदी अरब में तीर्थयात्री सुविधा कार्यव्रम के ब्यौरों को अंतिम रूप दिया गया ।

60. Notable arrangements this year are that Haj Committee of India (HCOI) pilgrims could avail of Train service in the Mashaer region, accommodation within the traditional boundaries of Mina, and Preloaded SIM cards to all Hajis in India itself etc.

इस वर्ष के दौरान की गई उल्लेखनीय व्यवस्थाएं हैं कि भारतीय हज यात्रियों को मीना-अराफात-मुजदालिफा के मुख्य हज क्षेत्र में मेट्रो रेल सेवा, मीना की पारंपरिक सीमाओं में आवास तथा सभी हाजियों को भारत में ही प्रीलोडेड सिम कार्ड (निशुल्क) की व्यवस्था का लाभ प्राप्त हो सकेगा।

61. (a) & (b) The quota for each country for Haj is fixed by the Government of Saudi Arabia on the basis of certain criteria and India has been allocated a quota of 1,47,000 pilgrims for Haj 2006 II.

विदेश मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (क) एवं (ख)प्रत्येक देश के लिए हज कोटे का निर्धारण सऊदी अरब सरकार द्वारा कतिपय मानदण्डों के आधार पर किया जाता है और भारत को हज 2006 II के लिए 1,47000 हज यात्रियों का कोटा आबंटित किया गया है ।

62. Official Spokesperson: The Saudi Government has indicated that they have as a norm decided, given that there is an expansion being undertaken in the holy cities they do not have the capacity to absorb so many pilgrims for the forthcoming Haj.

सरकारी प्रवक्ता : सऊदी सरकार ने संकेत दिया है कि उन्होंने यह देखते हुए एक मानदण्ड के रूप में तय किया है कि पवित्र शहरों में विस्तार का कार्य हो रहा है, आगामी हज के लिए इतने सारे तीर्थ यात्रियों को समाहित करने के लिए उनके पास क्षमता नहीं है।

63. The Government of India is also deputing about 506 administrative and medical staff who along with the officers and staff of the Consulate General of India, Jeddah would try to ensure the provision of all requisite facilities to the Indian pilgrims.

भारत सरकार 506 प्रशासनिक एवं चिकित्सा कर्मचारियों को भी प्रतिनियुक्त कर रही है, जो भारत के प्रधान कौंसलावास, जद्दा के कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर भारतीय हज यात्रियों के लिए सभी आवश्यक सुविधा सामग्री की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

64. (c) The Government provides facilities and assistance to the Haj pilgrims which include making arrangements for transportation and accommodation in Saudi Arabia, reception at embarkation points, setting up of dispensaries and medical units in Saudi Arabia, supply of medicines, temporary deputation of medical, para-medical and administrative staff.

(ग) सरकार हज यात्रियों के लिए सुविधाएंं और सहायता उपलब्ध कराती है, जिनमें सउदी अरब में परिवहन और आवास की व्यवस्था, आगमन स्थल पर स्वागत, सउदी अरब में चिकित्सालय और औषधालय की स्थापना, चिकित्सकीय और अर्ध चिकित्सकीय एवं प्रशासनिक कर्मचारियों की अस्थायी प्रतिनियुक्त करना शामिल हैं ।

65. (a) Government is aware that on account of a number of factors, including the process for applying and issuance of necessary visas, there have been occasions wherein pilgrims undertaking visits to various shrines in Pakistan under the ‘Bilateral Protocol on Visits to Religious Shrines-1974’ waited for the requisite visas till very close to their scheduled departure.

(क) सरकार को इस बात की जानकारी है कि आवश्याक वीजा के लिए आवेदन करने तथा इसे जारी करने सहित अनेक कारकों के चलते ऐसे अवसर आते हैं जिनमें ‘धार्मिक स्थकलों के दौरों पर द्विपक्षीय प्रोटोकॉल-1974’ के तहत पाकिस्ताहन में विभिन्ने पूजा स्थवलों का दौरा करने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों को अपने निर्धारित प्रस्था9न के बिल्कुकल करीब आने तक अपेक्षित वीजा के लिए इंतजार करना पड़ा।
