1. 1. Pilgrimages to places outside India, including the administration of the Haj Committee Act, 1959 (51 of 1959) and the rules made there under and the Indian Pilgrim Ship Rules, 1933, and Pilgrim parties from India to Shrines in Pakistan and vice versa. 2.

* (क) भारत से बाहर स्थलों के लिए तीर्थ यात्रा और हज समिति अधिनियम 1959 (1959 का 51) और उसके तहत बने नियमों और भारतीय तीर्थ यात्री पोत नियम, 1933 और भारत से पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान से भारत में तीर्थस्थलों के लिए यात्रा का संचालन ।

2. The airlines would permit carriage of 10 litres of Zam Zam for each pilgrim as part of accompanied baggage on their return flights.

एयर लाइनें वापसी यात्रा में साथ आने वाले बैगेज के रूप में प्रति हज यात्री 10 लीटर आब-ए-जम जम लाने की अनुमति देंगी।

3. Saudi Arabia allocates quota to each country on the basis of 1 pilgrim for every thousand of the Muslim population of the country.

सऊदी अरब प्रत्येक देश के प्रत्येक हजार की मुस्लिम जनसंख्या के लिए 1 हज यात्री के आधार पर प्रत्येक देश को कोटा आबंटित करता है।

4. A sum of Rs. 3250/- for each pilgrim is paid to Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam, the agency on the Indian side authorized for making logistical arrangements for the pilgrims.

प्रति यात्री 3250 रू. की राशि कुमांऊ मंडल विकास निगम को भुगतान की जाती है, जो कि भारतीय पक्ष में तीर्थ यात्रियों के लिए संभारतंत्रीय व्यवस्थाएंं करने वाला प्राधिकृत अभिकरण है ।

5. After extensive discussions, the Haj Action Plan, new parameters and rates for accommodation for pilgrims during the forthcoming Haj 2006-II, air transportation arrangements, plan for preparatory activities in India and details of pilgrim facilitation program in Saudi Arabia were finalized.

व्यापक विचार-विमर्श के बाद हज कार्य योजना, आगामी हज 2006 - II के दौरान हज यात्रियों के लिए आवास हेतु नए तौर-तरीके और दरें, वायु मार्ग से परिवहन व्यवस्थाओं, भारत में तैयारी कार्य कलापों के लिए योजना और सऊदी अरब में तीर्थयात्री सुविधा कार्यव्रम के ब्यौरों को अंतिम रूप दिया गया ।

6. At no point in time we must lose sight of the fact that it is a once in a life time chance in which a pilgrim expends the savings he would have painstakingly accumulated over his life time.

हमें इस तथ्य को कभी नजरंदाज नहीं करना चाहिए कि यह जीवनकाल में एक बार मिलने वाला अवसर है, जिसमें हज यात्री जीवन भर मेहनत से की गई बचत को हज यात्रा पर व्यय करते हैं।

7. The pilgrim who sets out on the journey of life has to acquire , one by one , all values knowledge , wealth , love , service but he should regard them as intermediate stages and pass through each with his mind fixed on the final destination and his feet moving on towards it .

तीर्थ यात्री , जो जीवन यात्रा प्रारंभ करता है , एक के बाद एक सभी मूल्यों को प्राप्त करना होता हैज्ञान , संपत्ति , प्रेम और सेवा . किंतु उसे उन्हें अंतरिम अवस्थांए मानना चाहिए और गतव्य पर ध्यान केद्रित कर तथा उसकी ओर कदम बढाते हुए प्रत्येक में से निकलना चाहिए .

8. (d) & (e) For the Makkah Crane accident, Government of Saudi Arabia had announced a compensation of Saudi Riyal 1 million to be paid to the family of each pilgrim killed in the accident, Saudi Riyal 1 million to those pilgrims whose injuries resulted in permanent disability and Saudi Riyal 500,000 for each of the seriously injured pilgrims.

(घ) तथा (ड़) मक्का क्रेन दुर्घटना के लिए साऊदी अरब सरकार के लिए साऊदी 1 मिलियन साऊदी रियाल इस दुर्घटना में मारे गए प्रत्येक हज यात्री के परिजना के परिवार को दिया जाएगा, एक मिलियन सऊदी रियाल उन घायल हज यात्रियों को दिया जाएगा जो स्थायी रूप से विकलांग हो गए हैं और 5,00,000 सऊदी रियाल गंभीर रूप से घायल प्रत्येक हज यात्री को दिया जाएगा।
