अफ्रीकी संघ के परामर्श से हम पैन-अफ्रीकी, क्षेत्रीय और द्विपक्षीय स्तरों पर 80 से अधिक नए संस्थानों की स्थापना करेंगे। इन संस्थानों में कृषि, ग्रामीण विकास, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, मृदा, जल परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला, समेकित वस्त्र क्लस्टर, मौसम पूर्वानुमान, जीव एवं भूविज्ञान, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र, अंग्रेजी भाषा केंद्र, उद्यमशीलता विकास संस्थान इत्यादि शामिल हैं।

76. For example, the A record is used to translate from a domain name to an IPv4 address, the NS record lists which name servers can answer lookups on a DNS zone, and the MX record specifies the mail server used to handle mail for a domain specified in an e-mail address.

उदाहरण के लिए, A रिकॉर्ड का प्रयोग डोमेन नाम को एक IPv4 पते पर अनुवाद करने के लिए किया जाता है, NS रिकॉर्ड यह सूची प्रदर्शित करता है कि एक DNS ज़ोन में कौन से नाम सर्वर लुकअप का जवाब दे सकते हैं और MX रिकॉर्ड उस मेल सर्वर को निर्दिष्ट करता है जो एक ई-मेल पते में निर्दिष्ट डोमेन के लिए मेल को नियंत्रित करता है।

The Government has decided that normal passport applications of all first time applicants furnishing Aadhaar Card, Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC), PAN Card and a self- affidavit of non-criminality in the prescribed format will be processed on Post-Police Verification basis, enabling faster issue of passport, without payment of any additional fees, subject to successful online validation of Aadhaar number.

सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि आधार कार्ड, वोटर फोटो पहचान पत्र (ईपीआईसी), पैन कार्ड और निर्धारित प्रपत्र में गैर आपराधिकता के स्व-शपथ पत्र प्रस्तुत करने वाले पहली बार के आवेदनकर्ताओं के सामान्य पासपोर्ट आवेदनों पर बाद में पुलिस सत्यापन के आधार पर कार्रवार्ई की जाएगी जिससे आधार नम्बर के सफलतापूर्वक ऑनलाइन वैधीकरण के अध्यधीन बिना किसी अतिरिक्त शुल्क का भुगतान किए पासपोर्ट तेजी से जारी किया जा सकेगा।

78. So, this structured engagement was basically meant to lay out a three-layered relationship – bilateral, regional as well as pan-African – with the concentration being on trade, training, and technology - training through scholarship and capacity building, enhanced commerce or trade through trade facilitation, extension of concessional lines of credits, and the sharing of India’s affordable and adaptable technologies with meshing them into the African development experience.

इस प्रकार, इस सुगठित भागीदारी का मौलिक उद्देश्य व्यापार, प्रशिक्षण और प्रौद्योगिकी - छात्रवृत्ति के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण और क्षमता निर्माण, व्यापार सुगमता के माध्यम से वाणिज्य या व्यापार में वृद्धि, रियायती ऋण सहायता के विस्तार के माध्यम से और अफ्रीका के विकास संबंधी अनुभवों में उनको शामिल करते हुए भारत की सस्ती एवं अनुकूलनीय प्रौद्योगिकियों को साझा करके एक तीन स्तरीय संबंध - द्विपक्षीय, क्षेत्रीय एवं अखिल अफ्रीकी संबंध का निर्माण करना था।

In order to further improve and liberalize Police Verification procedure for passport issuance, the Government has decided that henceforth normal passport applications of all first time applicants furnishing Aadhaar, Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC), Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card and an affidavit in the format of Annexure-I will be processed on Post-Police Verification basis, enabling faster issue of passport, without payment of any additional fees, subject to successful online validation of Aadhaar number.

पासपोर्ट जारी किए जाने के लिए पुलिस सत्यापन प्रक्रिया में सुधार करने तथा उसे और उदार बनाने के क्रम में सरकार ने यह निर्णय लिया है कि आधार, मतदाता पहचान पत्र (ईपीआईसी), स्थायी खाता सं. (पीएएन) तथा अनुबंध-I के प्रपत्र में शपथ-पत्र के साथ पहली बार आवेदन करने वाले सामान्य पासपोर्ट आवेदकों को अतिशीघ्र पासपोर्ट जारी किए जाने के लिए उनके आवेदन पर बिना किसी अतिरिक्त शुल्क के पश्च- पुलिस सत्यापन आधार पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी, बशर्ते उनकी आधार संख्या का सफल ऑनलाइन वैधीकरण हो जाता है।
