1. Within their original jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 32 , the High Courts and the Supreme Court can issue writs against the state to set right the grievance of an aggrieved party by issuing writs / orders / injunctions , etc .

अनुच्छेद 226 और 32 के अधीन उच्च न्यायालय और उच्चतम न्यायालय अपनी आरंभिक अधिकारिता के भीतर व्यथित पक्षों की शिकायतों को दूर करने के लिए राज्य के विरुद्ध रिटें / आदेश / व्यादेश आदि जारी कर सकते हैं .
