1. God’s friend Abraham (Abram) and his nephew Lot had become very prosperous.

परमेश्वर का मित्र इब्राहीम (अब्राम) और उसका भतीजा लूत बहुत समृद्ध हो गए थे।

लूत के पिता यानी इब्राहीम के भाई के मरने के बाद, इब्राहीम ने शायद अपने भतीजे लूत को गोद ले लिया था।—उत्पत्ति ११:२७, २८; १२:५.
