3. * Prime Minister Singh congratulated Japan for hosting the 10th meeting of the Conference of Parties (COP) on Biodiversity in Nagoya on 18th-29th October 2010 and wished it a successful outcome, including the adoption of the Protocol on Access and Benefit Sharing.

* प्रधान मंत्री श्री सिंह ने 18-29 अक्तूबर, 2010 तक नगोया में जैव विविधता पर पक्षकारों के सम्मेलन की 10वीं बैठक का आयोजन करने के लिए जापान को बधाई दी और सम्पर्क एवं लाभ के वितरण से संबद्ध प्रोतोकोल को पारित किए जाने सहित अन्य सफल परिणामों की कामना की।

4. At the Nagoya Protocol Workshop held in New Delhi on 4-5 September 2012, National Biodiversity Authority (NBA), Chennai, the ASEAN Secretariat and ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity (ACB), Manila have agreed to develop a detailed project proposal, including a work plan and budget for consideration under the AIGF for organizing workshops, seminars/conferences, exchange visits, providing scholarships for professionals working in the field of biodiversity in the ASEAN region to spread awareness on ABS.

आसियान – भारत क्षेत्र में जलवायु परिवर्तन पर क्षेत्रीय कार्यक्रम तैयार करने पर एक विशेषज्ञ बैठक 27-28 जून, 2012 को बंगलौर, भारत में आयोजित की गई जिसका उद्देश्य 4 मुख्य क्षेत्रों में सहयोगात्मक गतिविधियों के लिए विस्तृत कार्य योजना तैयार करना था।
