1. He argued that events in the Middle East would "benefit the mujahideen” and promised to despatch jihadists to "join forces with the Arabs.”

There is enhanced concern in the international community at the terrorism emanating from our neighbourhood, including the continuing activities of internationally designated terrorist entities and individuals such as Jamaat-ud Dawa (JuD), Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed, Hizbul Mujahideen.

हमारे पड़ोसी देश से होने वाले आतंकवाद और साथ ही जमात-उद-दवा(जेयूडी), लश्कार-ए-तैयबा(एलईटी), जैश-ए-मुहम्म द, हिजबुल मुजाहीद्दीन जैसी अंतरराष्ट्रीय तौर पर नामजद आतंकी तंजीमों और आतंकवादियों की सतत कारगुजारियों पर अंतरराष्ट्री य समुदाय की चिंता बढ़ी है।

3. The Ministers welcomed the launch of a bilateral dialogue on designation of terrorists in 2017, which is strengthening cooperation and action against terrorist groups, including Al-Qa’ida, ISIS, Lashkar-e-Tayyiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad, Hizb-ul Mujahideen, the Haqqani Network, Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan, D-Company, and their affiliates.

मंत्रियों ने 2017 में आतंकवादियों को नामित करने पर द्विपक्षीय वार्ता के शुभारंभ का स्वागत किया, जो अल-कायदा, आईएसआईएस, लश्कर-ए-तैयबा, जैश-ए-मोहम्मद, हिज्ब-उल मुजाहिदीन, हक्कानी नेटवर्क, तेहरिक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान, डी-कंपनी और उनके सहयोगियों सहित आतंकवादी समूहों के खिलाफ सहयोग और कार्रवाई को मजबूत कर रही है।
