1. The areas of cooperation and implementation modality proposed are in line with Government of India's approach of actively pursuing cooperation including among Asian countries for sharing knowledge, experience and market access.

सहयोग के प्रस्तावित क्षेत्र तथा कार्यान्वयन के तौर तरीके ज्ञान, अनुभव एवं बाजार की साझेदारी के लिए एशिया के देशों में सहयोग को सक्रिय रूप से बढ़ावा देने संबंधी भारत सरकार के दृष्टिकोण के अनुरूप हैं।

2. The Executive Programme is much more specific in terms of the cooperation envisaged in diverse areas like trade & investment, energy, small and medium enterprises, culture, capacity building, etc. and attempts to specify the modality for each major activity.

कार्यपालक कार्यक्रम व्यापार एवं निवेश, ऊर्जा, छोटे एवं मझोले उद्यम, संस्कृति, क्षमता निर्माण, आदि जैसे विविध क्षेत्रों में सहयोग की दृष्टि से बहुत अधिक विशिष्ट है तथा यह प्रत्येक प्रमुख गतिविधि के लिए रूपात्मकता को निर्दिष्ट करने का प्रयास करता है।

3. We also signed an MoU on strengthening of road infrastructure in the Terai region of Nepal which basically lays out a sort of I would say new modality for the construction of 518 kilometres of roads in five packages in that region.

हमने नेपाल के तराई क्षेत्र में सड़क अवसंरचना के सुदृढ़ीकरण पर भी एक एम ओ यू पर हस्ताक्षर किया है, जो मेरी समझ से इस क्षेत्र में पांच पैकेजों में 518 किमी की सड़कों के निर्माण के लिए एक नई रूपरेखा स्थापित करता है।
