1. (a) whether alleged mistreatment of diplomats has been reported from different countries;

(क) क्या विभिन्न देशों से राजनयिकों के साथ कथित दुर्व्यवहार की खबरें मिली हैं;

2. Besides, there have been instances of physical frisking in abrasive manner or mistreatment of our Ambassadors at some airports or other locations in Slovenia, Romania and Albania and Hungary.

इसके अलावा, स्लोवानिया, रोमानिया तथा अल्बेनिया एवं हंगरी में कुछ हवाई हड्डों अथवा अन्य जगहों पर हमारे राजदूतों की गलत तरीके से शारीरिक तलाशी लिए जाने अथवा उनके साथ दुर्व्यवहार किए जाने की घटनाएं घटी हैं।

3. (b) Complaints of mistreatment are received, from time to time, from Indian emigrant workers in 18 notified ECR countries regarding violation of contractual terms, adverse working conditions, wage related issues, employer related problems, medical and insurance related problems and compensation/death claims.

(ख) समय-समय पर 18 अधिसूचित ईसीआर देशों में भारतीय उत्प्रवासी कामगारों से संविदागत शर्तों के उल्लंघन, कार्य की प्रतिकूल स्थितियों, मजदूरी संबंधी मुद्दों, नियोक्ता संबंधी शिकायतों, चिकित्सा एवं बीमा संबंधी समस्याओं और मुआवजा/मृत्यु दावों के बारे में दुर्व्यवहार की शिकायतें प्राप्त होती रहती हैं।
